This simple little smoothie recipe won’t give you x-ray vision but it will give you the nutrients to repair and optimize your vision. Just pop the following ingredients into a blender and enjoy.
2 Bananas
1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
1/2 Avocado
1 cup Spinach
10oz Almond Milk or Coconut Water
2 Tbsp of Raw Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp of Honey
1 Tbsp of ground Flax Seed
(Optional) 1 Tbsp Spirulina Powder
